Bleeding: It could be related to hitting a vessel during the injection. You could discuss this with your treating physician.

Was it IM or SC: Injection? You might have hit a tiny vein, hence the bleeding, apply a gentle pressure and keep it covered, if the bleeding doesn't stop or the swelling keeps getting bigger, go to urgent care/ER, remember to aspirate first before injecting, good luck
