Direct pressure: Bleeding at in injection site can almost always be stopped by direct pressure. Gauze placed over the site and pressure applied to the gauze with the heel of your hand should be sufficient. Don't pull the gauze off as this can pull a new clot off and allow for bleeding to re-start. Cold compresses can also help.

See doc also...: As previously mentioned, direct pressure works. I would also contact the provider who is managing your anticoagulation meds. If bleeding with injections is something new and/or occurring frequently, you may need to have your dose changed. Getting labs will help determine this.
