Yes: It is safe to use these until your ENT appointment, however I wouldn't wear them 24/7. Try to take them out when you are in quiet environments so that your ears do not become too accustomed to the low volume of sound caused by the earplugs.

Its been 3 days since i had ear wax removed through syringing by an ent doctor. now there is a ringing sound in my ear and im more sensitive to loud noises . is it temporary? or was it because of ear wax removal?
