Not to: "worry" but "excruciating" pain and fever from an uncomplicated ovarian cyst is very unusual...contact your GYN for further treatment. Hope this is helpful Dr Z

I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. Its not sharp but its really annoying. Ive been to urgent care and appendicitis was ruled out by a urine test. The doctor thought it may be a ovarian cyst. Also ibs symptoms, it feels better walking.
