6 cm cyst: An ovarian cyst of 6 cm. Is potentially a significant risk that can be watched under some circumstances, or in others need to be removed. The main risk is not cancer (although there's that too) but rupture or torsion. No need to panic, but you must be followed very closely by a doctor who understands this - please see a doctor asap, this is not an online help problem.
