Recurrent yeast: Recurrent or persistent vaginal yeast infection is common, and it's nonsense that nothing can be done. Confirm the diagnosis of yeast. If confirmed, make sure no underlying problem like diabetes. Try non-standard therapies, other than "azole" drugs (e.g. nystatin, caspofungin, flucytosine). If an azole-susceptible strain, try weekly fluconazole by mouth. See a sexual health or infections expert.
