Discharge: Color of vaginal discharge during normal menstrual cycle can be clear to white-ish depending on phase of menstrual cycle. You should take a pregnancy test if you think there is possibility of being pregnant. Signs and symptoms are not the most reliable way to know if you are pregnant or not.
