How would i differentiate between implantation and a miscarriage ? i have the following brown discharge/blood light blood occasionally when i wipe mild cramps mild back pain i still have my pregnancy symptoms , should i be concerned

Possibly: Cramping, back pain, and light bleeding/brown discharge can all be seen in early normal pregnancy as well as pending miscarriage. Checking an HCG level and repeating it 2-3 days later will help determine if your pregnancy seems to be progressing normally or if there is cause for concern. If you are far enough along, an ultrasound can help determine the health of the pregnancy.
