Been struggling to sleep the whole night, but my gp gave me trepelin so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, the strange thing is i never feel sleepy or tired the next day. what could be the problem?

Sleep studies: If you are having ongoing issues with sleep quality, then I would recommend attending a Sleep clinic for further evaluation and management. Insomnia has multiple causes and a full history and examination is required to reach a diagnosis
