Sleep disorder: This could be due to sleep apnea, or narcolepsy. It may simply be due to poor sleep hygiene. Try to go to bed and wake up at same time each night. If this does not help, consider going to sleep study.

Hypersomnia: This could occur if you are not sleeping well at night,stress or depression,overweight, sleep apnea etc. You need to be evaluated a by a physician and may need to get some tests done.
