No.: Blood pressure can vary by 10-30 points in just a matter of minutes. Your resting blood pressure, recorded in the higher of your two arms (assuming it is always the higher arm) is the blood pressure to treat. Your diastolic blood pressure is normal, and even your highest systolic (top) number is only mildly elevated on the single reading. There is no cause for concern.
