Hello! after a bout of aggressive vomiting, i now have sharp pain in the right side of my chest and back when i cough, and the right side of the neck when i turn my head to the right. what could have caused this, and what do you recommend? thank you?

Vomiting can cause a traumatic tear of the lower esophagus. Therefore, if one experiences chest and back pain, it's considered an urgent emergency which merits an immediate visit to an emergency department for an important examination to search for the cause of the pain.
