I have been diagnosed with pcos and currently on spiractin prescribed by my endocronologist.. the side effects on my menstrual cycle have been prolonged bleeding and cramping which lasts for 2 to 3 weeks which repeat every 2 weeks. kindly advise?

Not our place.: There's a LOT of treatments for PCOS. Ok, massive weight loss and exercise is the best. BUT for treatments that are a bit more practical, there's quite a few and they need to be advised by your doctor. AND, if you did NOT have menstural issues with the PCOS that would be unusual. cannot say in your particular case, but generally, PCOS pt's have worse than what you are describing.
