Cramping: If you weigh 216 lbs the dose of Motrin you should take is 800mg every 8 hrs. Most common reason Motrin does not work is because people don't take the right dose. That being said I'm still not sure what cause of your pain is and 400 spaces is not sufficient to address it. See your doc.
