Earache.: It would be unusual for water from the shower to get to the eustachian tube, unless you concurrently have damage to the eardrum. As such, damage to the eardrum could certainly cause pain. Are you having any trouble hearing? Is there any drainage coming out of the year? Any trouble swallowing? If this persists or worsens, you should see an ENT doctor.
