Several possible: A thorough history (Dr interview) is the most useful intervention as this helps to narrow things down vastly. Most blood tests for this very common complaint are a bit of a shot in the dark unless there is a reason to perform them. Do you snore? A common cause for this complaint is sleep apnea.
