Gas/ constipated: Gas can just be from constipation. Need to drink 2.5- 3 liters /day fluids a combination of water /gatorade/ tea/ juice for electrolytes and eat fiber 1 cup of oats, barley, lentils or brown rice a day., also avocados. strawberries May be food intolerances, Check HCG check TSH/ T4, if all negative and no change consider CT F/U w/doc
