No menses: If you do not have bleeding after Progesterone withdrawal, there can be several causes. 1) pregnant and too early to check urine 2) the lining of the endometrium is too thin to get a bleed (called a silent period by some) 3) something blocking the cervix (doubtful because last month regular period). See your doctor.

I have pcod & ttc with irregular cycle. LMP- 11th Mar.Had duphaston for 10 days from 30 mar - 8 apr. Been 8 days and hv not got periods still. Tested on 5 apr & hcg negative. Got cramps 6 days back. Do I need to wait for periods or can u advice?
