What else is there?: With recurrent sinus and bronchial symptoms, there may be other things triggering the infections. Allergies, reflux, atypical sinus infection, asthma, etc could all have similar symptoms. Before more antibiotics are taken, talk to your doctor about "other conditions" that could mimic your symptoms and if there should be investigations into the illnesses mentioned above.

Continue: If in fact you do have a bacterial sino-bronchitis, it will usual respond to an appropriate antibiotic in 3 to 5 days so i would continue your treatment. If you do not respond and are not feeling better over the next 48 hours i would contact whomever prescribed the medication to see if they want to change to a different medication. None of the bacteria respond to any antibiotic all the time.
