ENT: A specialist in this area will determine whether there are anatomical reasons for the recurrences or whether there have been damages to the sinuses that indicate a possible need for surgical intervention. They may also help in the selection of appropriate antibiotics and their dosing and duration of treatment. Your pcp is very astute in suggesting this option. Best wishes for a successful outcome.

Sinus surgery: For one, the option of surgery to repair and/or fix a blocked sinus cavity may be warranted.
