Different Approach: Could be Sinusitis, Neck Arthritis, Stress, Muscle Spasm. Virus, Vision correction, and others. The ER ruled out brain mass, trauma, stroke. Need to connect w a physician who can work you up further. May need NSAID, rest, stress relief, and diagnosis of what is causing the Headache.
