Sometimes steroids: The first thing you should do is see your doctor to make sure this is really a migraine. If it is a persistent migraine then I have had success treating some of my patients with a short course of steroids (usually dexamethasone), which seems to help with these prolonged migraines.

Migraine treatment: To help you recover, make sure you're drinking plenty of liquids, and getting plenty of rest. If you have tried Imitrex, Fiorcet, and Zomig, (zolmitriptan) and laid down in a dark, quiet place after taking the medication, then it may be time to visit an Urgent Care, Emergency Room, or your regular doctor. Chronic daily HA's: Need to break up this escalating pattern, and your listed drugs will NOT work whatsoever. Steroids, Depakote, topirimate all can possibly stop this. Time to see neurologist and stop repetitive failures.
