5 months ago was prescribed tramadol by er.i went to pain management for first time and forgot to tell them i took 1 but told them about my oxycodone before drug screen. what do i do at next visit when she gets results?

Come clean fast!: Let your pain management doc know that you usually take oxycodone for chronic pain, but that you had more pain and took the tramadol. All of these controlled substances will be seen in your urine drug test. It's better to let them know that you forgot to tell them before you have to face accusatory questioning like, "So, where did the tramadol come from?"
