experiencing itch&skin rash not very visible but itchy&only on my hands the back of them and arms no where else has that but does itch what to do?

Just an itch: If just itching without a rash and if affecting only the hands and forearms, then step one is usually to avoid irritants (excessive hand washing, contact with hot water or chemicals etc) and to ensure adequate moisturization with fragrance-free/plant extract-free product.
