Was shaving and realized the shaver was rusted a little, it was in the shower from when i used it last having some muscle issues in my leg, tetanus?

Tetanus: If you haven't had a tetanus booster in the last five years - then getting a tetanus shot is a must. Would do so as soon as possible. Take care.

Tetanus risk: It's not necessarily 'rust' that causes tetanus - rust is more of an environmental indicator for dirt, soil and/or animal feces. A puncture wound caused by a 'rusty nail' is the classic tetanus wound, although any wound, if infected by tetanus spores, could lead to tetanus.
