Topical meds: Having trouble interpreting the autocorrect, but treatment is generally the same. Topical antifungal medications (eg clotrimazole, terbinafine, etc), topical selenium sulfide, and topical zinc pyrithione are well-tolerated first-line therapies for tinea versicolor
