Normal: Yes, topical anti-fungals are quite astringent and will dry your skin out. Using a moisturiser should help but if it doesn't then speaking to the chemist about an alternative brand of anti-fungal shampoo is an option. Try showering with slightly less hot water as this dries skin out. If it is still a problem, it is possible to take anti fungal tablets but these also have side effects.
