How do we treat tinea versicolor at home? i dont get to see my dermatologist until late july. ive had tinea spots for months. what do i do? i saw something about nizoral shampoo. do we moisturize after use? and can we use regular skin wash after?

Yes, you can try nizoral shampoo. Here how you can apply it: wet the skin and apply the shampoo to the areas with lesions. Massage gently into the skin working it into a full lather. Leave in place for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with plain water. Pat the skin dry. Good luck.
