Yes: It is a good idea to have someone who loves you to be responsible of administrating your meds, if you fear that you might get tempted to overuse them. Good for you, for recongnizing and preventing it.

FDA Class II: This could certainly help. However, the temptation will not go away and likely to increase as time goes on. Discussing the topic with a psychiatrist is important. These are class ii fda controlled medications and the prescribing doctor should be made aware of your intention to have someone else monitor the medication for you. He or she would most likely want to meet them at list once.
