A member asked:

I was working yesterday and picked up a rag with dried blood with my bare hand then had to do something else and touched the corner of my mouth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Low Risk: Coming in contact with dried blood is still a safety hazard although the majority of bloodborne bad guys will die in a few hours after the liquid has dried up. If you are still concerned or having symptoms of fatigue, muscle aches, liver pains, or fevers, I would recommend having your family doc check you blood.
