Multiple: You can get strep throat without tonsils. Symptoms include severe and sudden sore throat without coughing, sneezing, or other cold symptoms. Pain or difficulty with swallowing and fever greater then 101 can occur. Swollen lymph nodes are common. White spots are common. See a medical provider. Good luck
