Concerning: If you are swelling in multiple extremities, I would suggest a medical evaluation Kidney diseases could cause fluid retention in multiple extremities and lab tests need to be done. Medications can cause fluid retention but we are limited in these questions as to your medications or other medical conditions. Good luck
