Towards the top backside of my right testicle I can feel the area that the epididymis meets the testicle. Is this a lump ? Or is it common to feel the difference between the testicle surface and the epididymis. It feels more like some extra flesh.
Noticed a hard lump shaped like rice in the tube behind my testicle a few years ago, wasnt causing any pain and isnt attached but theres now pain in the tubes behind. Could this be cancerous even if not attached or is the pain likely an infection?
