I went to the emergency because i had very large impacted stool and i could not pass it. insurance company said this was not a needed procedure?

Notify the DR: The rejection has already gone to the DR's administrative office, but the DR may not be aware. The Dr needs to appeal to the insurance. This is a routine matter which may have already been started.
