Back pain: TamiH- back pain can be very frustrating. Pain localized to the back and reproduced with palpation/pressing seems muscular in origin. There are many big and small muscles, tendons, and ligaments that help support your spine. When injured they are a common cause of back pain. In older folks degenerative changes/arthritis/disc disease, can also cause back pain.
