What causes chest pain right after working out/cardio? mostly pain in middle to lower part of chest. sometimes no specific to any spot.

Tricky: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, heart disease is rare at age 20. Pain can be localized by what triggers it. If moving or poking it is muscle and tendons, deep breathing it is the diaphram. if affected by eating, then the stomach and esophagus, etc.
