Chest paun: Depending on wht brings the pain will determine the cause and cure. If it hurts to press on it, it's likely costochondritis, which is irritation of the rib cage and its muscles/nerves. If it hurts when u take a deep breath it could be a lung issue especially if u recently had an upper respiratory tract infection.
