Multiple causes: Nausea and light headedness could be due to medication effect (if you are on some) The shingles might stay at times either with few lesions on or make the area of the skin oversensitive even after the rash disappers

Medication SE: 1) Likely medication you are on, so would be wise to review the pain relief medication. 2) If you had facial shingles, then I would expect some nausea / ongoing facial pain Shigles may have some ongoing residual effects
