Ulcers: This can be due to a virus. Sometimes it goes away after 10days to 2 weeks, but see your physician or dentist for evaluation.

Needs evaluation: Ulcers really need to be evaluated for a diagnosis and treatment plan. If it doesn't go away within 7-10 days, you need to have them evaluated by an oral surgeon.
