More info needed..: Lesions are best diagnosed by physical exam together with a medical history. How long has it been there? How large is it? Social habits (smoking?), sexual habits (STD's?). It could be something as simple as a canker sore or a burn, or it might be more serious. If it has not resolved on it's own 14 days after occurrence, then you must visit a physician or dentist for a proper diagnosis.
