I am a 22 year old female and random times my fingers will go numb and very white and blochy. its not painful but i just can't feel mostly the tips?

Classically it is described as cold hands which first turn "ghost white" and then become purplish in color, most often trigged by the cold. This usually gets better when the hands are warmed. At worst it can cause ulcerations of the fingers.
