Sleeping on arm?: Are you sleeping on the same side as your symptoms? Positioning during sleep can cause compression on the shoulder, arm, and/or wrist, which can possibly lead to feelings of numbness in the hands. Repetitive work?: If you do repetitive work, such as typing, you may also be suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. Other possibilities include nerve impingement and even metabolic causes. I think you should see your doctor for further evaluation.
