I am 60yrs old. i occasionally have slight numbness in my finger tips. this has been ongoing for about a year now. any ideas what this might be & how i might get rid of it?

Need more info: Many things can cause numbness like you describe. Most common at your age would be neuropathy, especially if you are diabetic. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor.
