Morning sole pain.: Paradoxically, the pains of heel spurs and consequent plantar fasciitis are worse when you're NOT on your feet, such as upon awakening in the morning or rising from a chair after sitting for a long period of time. As we walk on our soles, the pains tend to resolve. It's counterintuitive but true. You should visit with a Podiatrist for treatment options.
