Evaluation needed: Allergic reactions limited to one foot is a bit unusual. It will be important for the treating physician to distinguish between soft tissue, swelling, joint swelling, and angioedema from allergic reaction. Frequently with allergic reaction there is itching and redness and less "shooting pain." insect bite or sting reactions may be a possibility and a close examination will aid in this.
