Pulmonary function test showed obstruction and restriction. how is this treated? is it serious?

Depends on the cause: In most instances, restriction is caused by excessive body weight and obstruction by asthma in a non-smoker. Losing weight will help reduce the restriction and if you do have asthma it can usually be controlled with medication and anti-allergy Rx. Asthma can be serious . Why have you not discussed this with the doctor who obtained the lung function test?
