Restricted airway: Her airway is narrow or partially blocked by something. The next step is to find out why. Does she have asthma? Is it a congenital defect? These are questions to ask your doctor or pulmonologist.

Airflow: This indicates that there is interruption of airflow in the air passages called bronchi and in the smaller airways.. The severity is typically described as mild, moderate or severe, depending on the findings. Many obstructions can be reversed with a bronchodilator called albuterol.

See below: Obstructive diseases are usually asthma or COPD. There is a disease in women called LAM that causes an obstructive pattern on PFT's, but it's pretty rare. I would have her see a pulmonologist to discuss the findings and review her history.
