Do your best: To see where you stand now vs first pft. Your ordering provider should know how to step-wise increase therapies / preventatives and controllers for your symptom frequency and severity so you are not excessively dependent on your rescue inhaler.

Asthma mgt: I would suggest asking for an interpretation in comparison with your prior test. PFTs are one part of the evaluation. If you have uncontrolled asthma, an asthma action plan and review of your medications and triggers is suggested.
