Autoimmune disease: It appears that you may be suffering from an autoimmune disease (Lupus, scleroderma etc). You need to consult a rheumatologist for Rx. This is not an emergency issue but an urgent matter.

Ok... two groups of: arthritis diseases; ones which are wear and tear and others that are overall inflammation. The inflammatory ones are treated with drugs that damp down the immune system. THere are a lot of them. cannot say in your particular case, but generally, these diseases are much worse if not treated. They also tend to be in women under age 40

Arthitides/arthritis: Joint pain all over, pleurisy tingling can all be part of an autoimmune issue, an endocrine or hormonal issue or a manifestation of an infectious etiology such as Lyme disease or other blood borne pathogens, get evaluated soon.
