See doctor: When one has watery nasal discharge from one side of the nose, the presence of a fractured skull (cribiform plate) needs to be ruled out especially if you have had a recent trauma to the face or skull. I supposed a right sided sinusitis may cause similar symptoms but you need to consult your doctor or ENT to get checked out.
